The Growers of Tomorrow
The New York Corn & Soybean Growers Association (NYCSGA) faced a challenge: raise awareness about the importance of soybeans and farming practices, while also building stronger connections within the industry. Challenge accepted. We put the spotlight on the âGrowers of Tomorrowâ, a campaign focused on the new generation of young farmers with a series of videos, articles, and social media content. Featuring six young farmers, the campaign shared their stories across digital platforms, making research and industry insights accessible and relatable, ultimately enhancing the NYCSGAâs brand and community engagement.
Inspo From Maureen
âWhat would you do if you knew you couldnât fail?â
Itâs my new favorite question. Does your mind work like mine? Endlessly thinking of new âwhat ifâŚâ ideas, approaches, and shifts?
As a busy person with a busy mind, Iâve been working on applying a âget it in motion and keep movingâ mindset. If I put something into motion and then later decide that I donât want to continue down that path, I just pivot.
But then Iâm not wasting time with the idea stuck in my head and I can keep ideating, keep launching, keep testingâŚ
This doesnât work for everything, some things are best left to some quality ruminating but I wonder what would change for you if you asked yourself my new favorite question?

Weâve kicked off our internship program with our first hire, Kelly Weber, a Masters student from Nazareth University. But it isnât just about building skills; itâs about creating a place where talent like Kelly can dive into the real world of social media and digital marketing, get creative, and make a difference. We canât wait to see how Kellyâs fresh ideas shake things up around hereâwelcome to the team, Kelly!

BEYOND THE HOLIDAY SHOPPING
Google tells us that holiday shoppers are moody. (All the retail service workers just said, DUH!) More to the point, though, it looks like shoppers cycle through four key mindsetsâdeliberate, deal-seeking, determined, and devoted. Theyâre either out spotting early deals, have pre-planned for specific items, need to grab something last minute, or theyâre being loyal to their fave brand. By adopting a season-wide approach, rather than focusing on single âsales days,â brands can maximize sales and sustain consumer engagement.
